Ginsburg’s Trump Attack Breaks New Ground In Court Politicization

“I certainly cannot read Justice Ginsburg’s mind, but it seems quite likely that she decided, rather pragmatically, that a Trump presidency imperils the rule of law and thus, justifies her remarks,” said professor James J. Sample of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. “To say that’s a questionable and controversial calculus would be an understatement.”
