Prof. Julian Ku Publishes 3 Articles on South China Sea Arbitral Award in FT Chinese Edition

Julian Ku, the Maurice A. Deane Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, on July 1, 2016, published an article in Chinese in the Chinese edition of the Financial Times critiquing China’s legal claims against compliance with the then-pending UN Law of the Sea Convention arbitral award.

Professor Ku later published two essays in Chinese in the Chinese edition of the Financial Times analyzing China’s legal obligation to comply with the South China Sea arbitral award.
