Prof. Theo Liebmann Publishes Journal Article on Youth in Delinquency Proceedings in Temple Law Review

Theo Liebmann, Clinical Professor of Law and Director of Clinical Programs

Professor Theo Liebmann, director of clinical programs and attorney-in-charge for the Youth Advocacy Clinic, published the article “Adverse Consequences and Constructive Opportunities for Immigrant Youth in Delinquency Proceedings” in the Temple Law Review (88 Temple L. Rev. 869 [Summer 2016]).

The article was an invited submission as part of the symposium “Court-Involved Youth in the 21st Century: Empowerment vs. Protection.”
