Prof. Amy Stein Presents Twice at 2016 Legal Writing Institute National Conference

Amy R. Stein, Professor of Legal Writing and Assistant Dean for Adjunct Instruction

Professor Amy R. Stein in July 2016 presented twice at the 17th Biennial Legal Writing Institute Conference in Portland, Oregon.

Her first presentation was titled “Using Frequent Formative Assessment in the Legal Writing Classroom”; she also participated on a panel which addressed the topic of using current events in the legal writing classroom.

The Legal Writing Institute is dedicated to improving legal writing by providing a forum for discussion and scholarship about legal writing, analysis and research. With over 2,800 members representing 38 countries, it is the second-largest organization of law professors in the United States.
