Prof. Katrina Kuh Presents Research of Working Group on Legal Aspects of Climate Change Adaptation at Int’l Bar Association Conference

Professor Katrina Fischer Kuh, presented the research of the International Bar Association’s Working Group on the Legal Aspects of Climate Change Adaptation on Sept. 20, 2016, at the IBA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.

Professor Kuh, co-chair of the working group, spoke on technology transfer for adaptation in support of human rights as part of the panel “Preventing climate chaos: the latest judicial, legal and policy developments in achieving justice and human rights in an era of climate disruption.”

The panel was moderated by Baroness Helena Kennedy QC, co-chair of the IBA’s Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI).
