Prof. Norman Silber Speaks as Panelist for ABA Antitrust Section Webinar ‘Consumer Protection in a Trump Administration’

Professor Norman I. Silber spoke on Jan. 17, 2017, as a panelist for the American Bar Association Antitrust Section webinar “Consumer Protection in a Trump Administration.”

In his remarks, he examined the weakening of the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the deconstructing of the Federal Communications Commission.
