Professor Linda Galler participated in two programs during the fourth annual Private Wealth & Taxation Institute. The two-day program, held at Hofstra Law on May 24-25, 2017, was jointly sponsored by Hofstra Law and Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP.
Professor Galler participated in the panel “Business Succession Planning — Practical Tax, Financial and Ethical Considerations” with two Meltzer Lippe partners, Avi Kestenbaum and Mary P. O’Reilly.
She also discussed the topic “Did you see 60 Minutes’ Exposé on Attorneys Advising Clients on Ethically Challenging Events? How to Avoid Compromising Your Ethics and Your Freedom” with Meltzer Lippe partner Stephen Breitstone.
