Prof. Baruch Bush Launches YouTube Video Series Exploring Transformative Mediation

Robert A. Baruch Bush, Harry H. Rains Distinguished Professor of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Settlement Law

Robert A. Baruch Bush, the Harry H. Rains Distinguished Professor of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Settlement Law and co-author of The Promise of Mediation, and Tom Wahlrab, former director of the Dayton (Ohio) Mediation Center, have developed a new YouTube video series on transformative mediation.

In this unique video series, called “Building Human Capacity and Connection: An Inspired and Inspiring Life,” Professor Bush invites Wahlrab to share stories about his life and work, and responds to these stories. Together, he and Wahlrab explore how the transformative framework has shaped their beliefs and their practices of supporting themselves and others when experiencing conflict.

This fall, Professor Bush and Wahlrab will also be presenting a webinar, “The Making of a Transformative Mediator: Building Human Capacity and Connection, A video series-based webinar with Tom Wahlrab and Baruch Bush.”
