Prof. Barbara Barron Directs and Teaches NITA Deposition Skills Course for Fried Frank

Professor Barbara S. Barron was the program director and lead teacher for a deposition skills course for attorneys at the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. The course, which was held on June 14-15 at the firm’s New York offices, is part of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s annual programming.

Professor Barron developed a customized curriculum for the course and lectured on the theory and technique in questioning as well as on evidentiary foundations.
