Prof. Julian Ku Discusses Jesner v Arab Bank and the Alien Tort Statute on Bloomberg Law

Julian Ku, the Maurice A. Deane Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, together with Stephen Vladeck, professor of law at the University of Texas School of Law, appeared on the show Bloomberg Law on October 11 to speak with hosts June Grasso and Michael Best about the case Jesner v. Arab Bank.

Professors Ku and Vladeck discussed “whether the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to use a case stemming from Middle Eastern terrorism to decide whether victims of overseas atrocities can use a two-century-old federal law to sue corporations for complicity.”
