On Oct. 20, Professor Barbara Stark presented the paper “Mr. Trump’s Contributions to Women’s Human Rights” as part of a panel on the topic “Human Rights After Trump: Survival and Resistance” during International Law Weekend at Fordham Law School.
Jonathan Hafetz, a professor of law at Seton Hall Law School on leave at the ACLU, and Professor Stark organized the panel, which they also co-moderated.
The conference, which had the theme “International Law in Challenging Times,” was presented by the American Branch of the International Law Association and the International Law Students Association.
