Prof. Michael Haber Co-Authors Article on Transactional Clinical Responses to the Trump Administration

Michael Haber, Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Attorney-in-Charge, Community and Economic Development Clinic

The Journal of Affordable Housing and Community Development Law has published an article co-authored by Professor Michael Haber entitled “Transactional Clinics as Change Agents in the Trump Era: Lessons from Two Contexts” in its issue on Opportunities and Challenges for Affordable Housing, Fair Housing, and Community Development in the New Administration (Volume 26, Number 2).

In the article, Professor Haber and Professor Priya Baskaran (West Virginia University College of Law) describe the legal services their clinics provide to small businesses, nonprofits, and cooperatives, and how they have adapted their clinics to particular challenges posed by Trump administration policy changes.

The Journal of Affordable Housing and Community Development Law is the quarterly publication of the Forum on Affordable Housing & Community Development of the American Bar Association.
