Alumna Debra Rahmin Silberstein ’84 Receives 2018 Powley Elder Law Award

A gold medal of achievement.

Hofstra Law alumna Debra Rahmin Silberstein ’84, a partner at Burns & Levinson LLP in the firm’s Private Client group, received the 2018 Powley Elder Law Award, given by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

The award is presented annually to a NAELA member who is recognized in his or her community as a leader in promoting a greater understanding of the rights and needs of the elderly and people with special needs, and of how elder law attorneys advocate for those rights.
