Alumnus Ralph Cathcart ’90 Named to 2018 Most Influential Black Lawyers List by Savoy Magazine

Cathcart ’90, the lead partner in the Litigation Department at Ladas & Parry LLP’s New York office, was named to Savoy Magazine’s 2018 Most Influential Black Lawyers List. The list, which appears in the magazine’s Summer 2018 issue, features the top partners from leading national law firms and corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies.

Cathcart represents clients in the maintenance, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks and patents. He has substantial federal and state court litigation experience and extensive experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

He has also been named an Intellectual Property Trailblazer by The National Law Journal (2017), to the WTR1000 (the world’s leading trademark professionals) by World Trademark Review (2016-2018), an IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property magazine (2013-2017), and a Super Lawyer in Metro New York (2014-2017).
