Julian Ku, the Maurice A. Deane Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, was interviewed on the Australian Broadcasting Company news coverage and analysis radio program RN Breakfast about the detention of Meng Hongwei, the now former president of Interpol, and the concerns it has raised about the risks of appointing Chinese officials to leadership posts in international organizations. The interview was broadcast on Oct. 8.
