Professor Theo Liebmann, director of Clinical Programs and attorney-in-charge of the Youth Advocacy Clinic, presented on Jan. 18 at the New York State Bar Association 2019 Annual Meeting as part of the Committee on Children and the Law’s Robert J. Schack Memorial Program, titled “Critical Immigration Issues in Family Court: A Moving Target.”

The title of Professor Liebmann’s presentation was “SIJS Update and U-Visas.”
