Prof. Barbara Barron Teaches in Bar Association of SF’s Inaugural ‘Women in Trial’ Training

Professor Barbara S. Barron was part of a nationwide cadre of advocacy teachers who participated in the inaugural “Women in Trial” training, an initiative of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF). The event was held at the BASF on Feb. 22 and 23.

Fifty lawyers from the Bay Area participated in the training. The teaching faculty, which included judges and experienced trial lawyers who have taught in other NITA programs, taught basic advocacy skills and provided empowerment strategies for the courtroom.
